Answers to the questions homeowners ask us most — about quotes, methods, roofs, pavers, windows, pool cages, and more. Don’t see yours? Ask Adam directly.
Call Adam at (772) 448-1670 or start a chat on this page. Tell us what you’d like cleaned and, if you can, send a few photos. We do our best to quote within 24 hours, and in most cases we can give you an instant quote. Some jobs need a quick walk-through of the property first.
Yes. Quotes are always free, with no obligation.
Yes — the AquaFlow Satisfaction Promise. We hold our work to a high standard. If you point out an area we’ve agreed to clean that needs additional attention, we’ll address it. If we’re faced with an unusual stain or surface condition, we’ll take the time to identify what we’re dealing with and determine the appropriate treatment or next step.
It depends on the size of the property, which surfaces you want cleaned, how much buildup there is, and how easy the areas are to reach. Rather than guess, we look at your property and give you a clear price before any work starts.
Roof cleaning starts at $350. Pricing depends on square footage, roofing material, and slope. We always do our best to give fair pricing, and you’ll get an exact quote before any work starts. See roof cleaning.
It depends on the size of the property and the services you choose. We’ll give you an idea of timing with your quote.
Not always. For most exterior work we just need access to the areas being cleaned — gates unlocked and pets inside. We’ll confirm what we need when we schedule.
If the weather makes the work unsafe or would affect the result, we’ll contact you to reschedule.
Yes. Many homeowners schedule regular exterior cleaning so buildup never gets a head start. Ask about it when you request your quote.
Pressure washing uses higher-pressure water for hard surfaces like concrete driveways, sidewalks, and pavers. Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution for surfaces that can’t take force — roofs, stucco, painted siding, screens, and pool cages. We use the right method for each surface, so you don’t have to decide.
Not when the right method is used. Painted surfaces, stucco, roofs, and screens get low-pressure soft washing — never a high-pressure blast.
We use biodegradable cleaning solutions and handle them carefully. Landscaping is pre-wet before cleaning and rinsed afterward, and we ask that pets stay inside while we work.
Yes — the two terms are used the same way. What matters more is choosing the right pressure and method for each surface.
Usually a type of algae (Gloeocapsa magma) that thrives in Florida’s heat and humidity. It spreads across tile and shingle roofs and gets worse on shaded sides.
Yes. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution that treats the algae itself, so tiles aren’t cracked or eroded and shingles don’t lose granules to high pressure.
It depends on shade, nearby trees, and exposure. Many roofs need cleaning every few years; shaded or waterfront homes may need it sooner. We’ll tell you what we see.
Many Florida homeowners wash once a year. Shaded walls, north-facing sides, and homes near the water may need it more often.
Yes. Green and black streaks are organic growth, and a low-pressure house wash with the right cleaning treatment removes them without blasting the stucco.
Often, yes. Rust from well-water irrigation needs a different treatment than dirt or algae, and results depend on how long the stain has been there. Mention rust when you ask for a quote so we can evaluate it.
Sealing helps protect the finish, holds joint sand in place, and can enrich the color of clean pavers. It won’t stop weeds forever or make pavers maintenance-free — we’ll explain what it can and can’t do for your pavers.
Not without checking it first. Existing coatings can cause problems, so we identify what’s on the pavers before recommending a sealer.
Tire marks and general grime usually clean up well. Oil, rust, and paint are specialty stains that may need separate treatment and may not come out completely. See driveway & concrete cleaning.
Yes — interior and exterior glass, plus screens, tracks, and sills.
Yes. Sprinkler and hard water spots are common in South Florida. We treat them with cleaning agents that don’t damage the glass.
Yes — cage frames, screens, doors, tracks, pool decks, and lanai walls and ceilings, using low pressure on screens and frames.
High pressure can, which is why we don’t use it on screens. Panels that are already torn or brittle can still fail, so we point out damaged screens before we start.
