AquaFlow Pro Wash LLC (“AquaFlow Pro Wash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an SMS text messaging program to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages may include responses to quote and support requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, account notifications, and promotional offers related to our exterior cleaning services.
By submitting your mobile phone number through the chat widget on aquaflowprowash.com, or by providing it to us verbally or in writing and agreeing to receive text messages, you authorize AquaFlow Pro Wash LLC to send you text messages at that number, including messages sent using automated means.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any product or service from us.
Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive up to approximately 4 messages per month, plus service messages related to any job you have requested or scheduled.
Message and data rates may apply. AquaFlow Pro Wash LLC does not charge for the messages themselves; charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile service provider and is outside our control.
Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Support may vary and is subject to change.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information is shared only with subcontractors who provide support services for our messaging program, such as our customer relationship management and messaging platform providers, and those parties are prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.
